Refund & Replacement Policy
Your enjoyment means everything to us. If for any reason you’re not 100% satisfied, please reach out to us at norwegianbaked@gmail.com. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund. Most of all, we hope you enjoy every crisp bite of your knekkebrød.
Damaged Packages
Knekkebrød is delicate, and sometimes packages get banged up in transit. If your order arrives broken or damaged, please send us a note along with photos. We can file a claim with the carrier and will happily replace or refund your purchase.
Incorrect Orders
Received the wrong knekkebrød? No problem! Just email us with a photo, and we’ll send the correct order right away.
Lost or Delivered Packages
If tracking shows your order was delivered but you can’t find it, contact us and your carrier within 7 days. We’ll help sort it out.
Cancellations & Address Checks
Need to change or cancel an order? Contact us before it ships. Please double-check your shipping address—lost packages due to incorrect information are the customer’s responsibility.
